Elves of the Spring, Tel-quessir

After the Eladrin departed the world, a small group remained behind. Cut off finally from the magic of the fey world, these creatures transformed into far less “magical” races, becoming more human like and les fey. Then, the great Exodus came, and they too fled the world. Those who returned early became the Modern Elves. They are the elves who still maintain the high kingdoms and great Empires of an older time. I mean, when you talk about elves being alien and odd, these guys are it. They are fair, graceful, and often frail. They mature slower than most races, their version of 18 is 110, while they live for about a thousand years.

Teu-Tel-Quessir (most common form)
Tue Tel are tall, slender, and light skinned. Teu Tel are frail and somewhat….. disquieted. Even though they are good looking, they just…out of it. For example, their eyes are always changing colors and they lack pupils. Their bodies are out of proportion, being the manifestation of the Uncanny Valley.

+4 Bonus on Consitution checks and Foritude saves to avoid Fatigue, exchaustion, or ill effects from running, forced marches, starvation, thirst, or hot, or cold environments. No Elven magic. Based upon the Zulu Tribe
Ruar- Tel- Quessir (Magic/Star)
+1 saving throw DCs for spells of the divination school and also an enhanced +1 to casting spells. May use Dream once per day. No immunities to sleep or enchantment
Ar-Tel-Quessir (high)
+1 Bonus against Dwarves, Drow, Orcs, Goblinoids, and Humans. No Elven Magic
*Ssri-Tel-Quessir (Evil, through they aren’t exiled) *
Immunity to any light based spell or effect they cast (including spell like and supernatural abilities, they may also use the spell light at will. No immunities, nor elven magic.
Or-Tel-Quessir (Forest)
They reduce the penality for using stealth while moving by 5 and can make stealth checks while running at a -20 penalty, no elven magic
Aril-Tel-Quessar (Sky, they fly without wings)
+1 bonus on knowledge, and Surival, +2 in their favored terrain. No elven Magic
Alu’Tel’Quessir (Aquatic, but look the same)
+4 Racial bonus to swim, may always take 10 while swimming, have Aquan as a bonus weapon, and may speak underwater without any disadvantages. No elven Magic or Weapons. Instaed they have Longspear, trident, and Net as their weapons.
