Chosen of Mystra Powers: +10 Con (already accounted for), Immortality, 1/day for an hour may make their Con 25, Immunity to Aging, not magical poison, and afflictions. Regeneration 1/10 mins, detect magic at will, +5 vs. Saving Throws generally, an additional +3 to fortitude saves.

Magical preservation; The chosen can for seven days go without food, water, or air. After which, they resume the condition before they used this power. They cannot use it again for a fortnight.

1/day water breathing, immunity to gas, Anti magic Sphere (the latter is only used in times of emergencies) If a vampire drains a Chosen’s blood, it burns up from the inside.

Silver Fire: Once per hour A chosen of Mystra can shoot forth a silver flame, 5 feet wide and 70 feet long which can A) Erase Dead Magic Zones B) Remove from the Chosen any mind dominating effects C) Makes the caster immune to mind effecting techniques D) Serve as a Greater Dispelling E) Deals 4D12 damage to enemies in the area. F) Deals 1D6 damage per level to any person who touches the user G) Heals 2 hit points per level H) serve as a rod of Absorbsion I) Serves as a rod of negation. J) Serves as a ring of warmth. Each of these effects can be used once per hour, except the ring of warmth, passive damage, and the mind effect protection which last for the whole hour. While powerful, using this is massively costing to Mystra herself, so Eliminister tries to preserve it. The fire will automatically destroy all non magical clothing it touches within 2 rounds, so naked chosen is a problem.

Should the Chosen, die, they explode into silver flames which deal 1D12 damage to everybody in a 50 foot radius. Not very impressive, but it is something.

Meta Knowledge: Eliminister is deliberately designed as a powerful not very well built character, for all of the magical power he can bring to bear at a moments notice, he takes literally centuries to level up with his badly made multi class, multiple classes he has taken have no use beyond show, and they often don’t mesh well. Again, a level in fighter and two levels in rogue don’t really amount to much, and his current obession with Chiper magic and Psionics aren’t helping his case. However simply by the shear number of levels he has, he is still a formidable and dangerous foe. Obviously, Eliminister is going to be a character who will spend a great deal of time outside the reach of the players, being far more powerful than them, but if an epic party can get to roughly level 50, they might actually be able to take him if they are well built and can coordinate themselves. Again, 7 of his levels give him basically nothing beyond a few hit points and a couple of spells.

What is Eliminister up too

For the last 20 years, Eliminister has become increasingly distant from the realms, to the point where he has only made the occasional appearance publicly, and many thing he has abandoned the realms. After all, why could he just hunt down and destroy the leaders of the various evil organizations that pleague Faerun. The reality is, the Old Sage sees those threats as somewhat, minimal in nature, he feels the real threat to the world comes not from evil organizations, but from the cosmic evil forces.

Symrustar’s choker (minor artifact): This ornate choker of a tightly linked trio of platinum chains beset with gems was made exclusively for Symrustar at her request and enchanted by her. After its completion in the Year of the Dagger (348 DR), Symrustar never appeared anywhere without the familiar diadem glinting on her shapely neck.
The choker’s three chains share a singular clasp, though once worn, the clasp disappears and the chains unite until the death of the wearer. Two rows of nine diamond-cut blue gems link the chains together, and these act similarly to kiira in their storage of specific knowledge. In all, the choker can hold up to 540 spells of any level. These kiira are unique in that they are quite useful to sorcerers as well as wizards. Once per day a sorcerer can swap one of her spells known for one found in the kiira. Both spells must be of the same level and the sorcerer loses knowledge of the spell he or she gave up although it is stored in the kiira if he or she wishes to regain it. This transfer takes one hour and requires peace, quiet, and comfort. (Symrustar did so during reverie). This spectacular spell deconstructs wizard spells targeted at the caster or area-effect spells of which the caster is included, canceling their effects and using their own magic to inscribe the particulars of the spell into the book or scrolls marked as the recording medium. In essence, this spell cancels incoming spells and writes them down for the caster to learn later.

When cast, specially prepared scrolls or a spellbook must be touched by the caster. Any spell that comes within 30 ft of the caster (whether targeted there or cast as a missile, etc.) is immediately cancelled, and its magic is transformed. Instead of the expected visual effect, the magic becomes a small glowing quill that rushes to the book or scrolls and breaks down the magic of the spell into spell instructions (just as they are in that spell’s caster’s spellbooks). Under the spell’s duration, no magic can harm the book or scrolls upon which the magic plays, though they can be physically affected during this time. If the book is destroyed or damaged physically, the spell ends. The spell also ends if the book is not on the same plane as the caster.

Symrustar’s spellbinding can absorb and transcribe the details on quite a number of spells, though it affects only the first contacted spell each round. The magic also can only affect and deconstruct up to the caster’s level in spell levels. The magic otherwise lasts for 1 round + 1round/3 levels before it stops grabbing spells out of the air to record them for posterity. The writing itself is magical and only lasts 1 hour/level. If the caster wishes to save the spells, he must cast permanency and then dispel magic on each spell individually to make them into true spellbook pages for later use and study. If not, the “spellbound” spells fade away and are lost. For sorcerers, knowledge of the spells captured is placed into the caster’s mind and he is able to use the spell as though one of his spells known. Like the writing, these extra spells known only last 1 hour/level. If he wishes to make them a permanent part of his spells known, he must replace them with one of his spells he already knows and of an equal level. The spell replaced is lost from the caster’s memory forever or until he gains a level in the sorcerer class.

Symrustar’s spellbinding spell was developed by Symrustar after she became a Chosen of Mystra in the Year of the Soaring Stars (261 DR). Acting as an advocate for the sharing of magical knowledge, this spell granted Symrustar both a unique defense while allowing her to snatch powerful magical knowledge from her foes and spread its secrets among all the races. After three centuries of using this spell, Symrustar managed to record over 100 spells that were once close-kept secrets of one House or another. These spells were always shared with Elminster Aumar, the Srinshee, the Coronal, and various faculties of wizards’ schools in Myth Drannor. This spell alone made her the political enemy of so many nobles, though they did not stop its use, as they were just as eager to gain information on a rival House’s magic as humans were to learn the simplest of elven spells.

Chosen Immunities (Ex) A Chosen of Mystra is immune to blindness, deafness, disease, disintegration, fatigue, exhaustion, poison, and sleep effects.
Cooperative Metamagic (Su) As a readied standard action, an incantatrix can apply any metamagic feat she possesses to a spell being cast by a willing adjacent allied caster. This provokes an attack of opportunity and the incantatrix must make a Spellcraft check (DC 18 + [3 x modified spell level]) to succeed.
Improved Metamagic (Su) The spell slot modifier to all metamagic feats is reduced by one level, to a minimum of +1. This also applies to the cooperative metamagic and metamagic effect (reducing the Spellcraft DC) as well as the metamagic spell trigger (reducing charges used).
Instant Metamagic (Su) An incantatrix can apply a single metamagic feat she possesses to a spell without preparing it beforehand or increasing its casting time. The spell does not use a higher-level spell slot.
Mantle of Mysteries (Su) A Chosen is immune to all scrying and divination effects, and all effects that discern her thoughts or alignment. Likewise, a Chosen cannot be controlled or compelled by any magical, supernatural, or psionic abilities or effects, although a clever Chosen may play along and pretend to be acting under an enemy’s charm or compulsion. In addition, a Chosen’s Truename cannot be discovered or discerned by any being unless the Chosen willingly chooses to reveal it to them.
Metamagic Effect (Su) As a full round action, an incantatrix can attempt to apply a metamagic feat she possesses to an persistent spell effect she is adjacent to or within. This provokes an attack of opportunity and the incantatrix must make a Spellcraft check (DC 18 + [3 x modified spell level]) to succeed.
Metamagic Spell Trigger (Su) An incantatrix can apply a metamagic feat to the effect of a spell trigger item she has the appropriate item creation feat. This expends an additional number of charges equal to the effective spell levels the metamagic feat would add to a spell.
Name and Song Attunement (Su) Whenever a Chosen’s name or the Rune of the Chosen is spoken, the Chosen hears it and the next nine words uttered by the being that spoke her name or recited the song. This ability does not inhibit or interfere with concentration, and can be suppressed or resumed as a free action.
Seize Concentration (Su) An incantatrix can wrest control of a spell that requires concentration from another spellcaster within 30 feet. This requires an opposed caster level check unless the target is willing.
Silver Fire (Su) All Chosen of Mystra can wield the Silver Fire (see template).

Snatch Spell (Su) An incantatrix can attempt to seize control over a persistent effect that does not require concetration from another spellcaster within 30 feet. This requires an opposed caster level check.
Sustenance (Su) A Chosen of Mystra does not need to eat, drink, breathe, or sleep, although she must rest normally to regain spells.
Weave Focus (Su) Upon gaining this template, a Chosen of Mystra is forever barred from ever taking the Shadow Weave Magic feat. In addition, all spells cast through the Weave by a Chosen of Mystra have a +5 bonus to their saving throw DC’s and +5 to their effective caster level (for purposes of determining level dependent spell variables, Dispel Checks, Spell Resistance checks, and opposed caster level checks).

Mantle of Mysteries (Su) A Chosen is immune to all scrying and divination effects, and all effects that discern her thoughts or alignment. Likewise, a Chosen cannot be controlled or compelled by any magical, supernatural, or psionic abilities or effects, although a clever Chosen may play along and pretend to be acting under an enemy’s charm or compulsion. In addition, a Chosen’s Truename cannot be discovered or discerned by any being unless the Chosen willingly chooses to reveal it to them.
Name and Song Attunement (Su) Whenever a Chosen’s name or the Rune of the Chosen is spoken, the Chosen hears it and the next nine words uttered by the being that spoke her name or recited the song. This ability does not inhibit or interfere with concentration, and can be suppressed or resumed as a free action.
Silver Fire (Su) All Chosen of Mystra can wield the Silver Fire (see template).
Skills A Chosen of Mystra gains a +10 insight bonus on Spellcraft checks
Sustenance (Su) A Chosen of Mystra does not need to eat, drink, breathe, or sleep, although she must rest normally to regain spells.
Weave Focus (Su) Upon gaining this template, a Chosen of Mystra is forever barred from ever taking the Shadow Weave Magic feat. In addition, all spells cast through the Weave by a Chosen of Mystra have a +5 bonus to their saving throw DC’s and +5 to their effective caster level (for purposes of determining level dependent spell variables, Dispel Checks, Spell Resistance checks, and opposed caster level checks).
